Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medication dispensing services and pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Conduct outpatient pharmacy services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS).
- Counsel patients on medication usage, safety, and adherence.
- Provide drug information and professional advice to healthcare professionals.
- Respond to medication-related enquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and members of the public.
- Travel to pharmacy locations across Central and East Singapore as required based on operational and manpower needs.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, professional standards, and organisational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Ability to work independently in a clinical or pharmacy setting.
- Available to work a minimum of 21 hours per week across a 5.25-day work week.
- Willingness to travel to different work locations across Central and East Singapore based on manpower requirements.
