Working locations: Islandwide
Working hours: 6 days per week including both weekends, up to 48 hours per week
Salary: Between $2600 - $3000 (Depending on experiences) + Commission (Around $600 - $1500) + Monthly Bonus ($250)
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.
- Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.
- Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers’ needs.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
- Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health and wellness.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
