Description
You will assist parents in finding suitable tutors based on their tuition requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receive and understand parents’ tuition requirements
- Match students with suitable tutors from our tutor database
- Communicate effectively with both parents and tutors
- Follow up closely with parents regarding their enquiries
- Coordinate tuition arrangements between parents and tutors
- Perform basic data entry and update tuition assignment details
Requirements
- No prior experience required – Training and guidance will be provided
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate fluently and confidently
- Responsible and willing to follow up with parents and tutors
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
