Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager - Supporting Duties.
  • Coordinate daily operation with haulier, warehouse and suppliers.
  • Data entry of various shipment information into the system.
  • Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions) & *permit declaration.
  • Ensure relevant supporting documents are ready prior to shipment & Manager’s instruction.
  • Able to receive visitor in proper manner.

*Onsite training if no experience.

Requirements:

  • Basic Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Willing to learn.

Other Information:

  • 5 days work week (8:30am to 5:30pm)
  • Entry level position. Onsite training will be provided.
  • Please kindly advise earliest availability date / notice period if there is any.
  • Location: West (Pick up can be arranged on working days)
  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,400 (Negotiable base on capability)
