Role - Kitchen Assistant
6 Days work week, 10am to 10pm (2 hours break)
have 10hours night shift too! 5pm to 3am (1hour break)
Location: Far East Square (near Telok Ayer & Chinatown MRT)
Gross salary up to $2.8k!

Job Description
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and marinating according to kitchen requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store ingredients using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system.
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready before service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the preparation area, refrigerators, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow all kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant kitchen.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Singapore WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or equivalent).
- Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
