Job Description :
📍 Location: Fernvale
💰 Salary: Up $2,800
🕒 Working Hours: 10:30am - 9:30pm
☕ Break Time: 2:30pm - 5:30pm
📅 Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Understand the Korean menu and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
Take orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are served promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout service hours.
Follow restaurant service standards, including Korean BBQ service procedures, side dish (banchan) replenishment, and food presentation.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

Requirements :

Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
