S$3500 - 6000 / month

Key Responsibilities :

Handle sales inquiries professionally via showroom, email, and telephone.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and maintaining a positive client experience.
Perform administrative duties, including point-of-sales (POS) processes.
Manage & resolve customer complaints promptly, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time frames; follow up to ensure full resolution.
Collaborate closely with a diverse range of customers, including subcon, designers, & homeowners throughout the construction & implementation phases.
Coordinate & liaise with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and business associates to ensure smooth project execution.
Organize & manage client projects effectively, maintaining close follow-up to guarantee timely delivery of products & services.
Maintain & manage the showroom environment, assisting both scheduled appointments & walk-in customers; apply suggestive sales techniques while handling complaints accurately and timely.
Demonstrate self-motivation, sales target orientation, and a strong sense of responsibility

Requirements ：

Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary and above in any field.
Required language(s) : English, Mandarin
At least 1 year of working experience in a sales position.
Relevant experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fitting Hardware industries is an advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven ability to convert provided leads into successful sales closures.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
