📍 Location: Gul Circle, Singapore

📅 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM

📦 Job Responsibilities

  1. 📦 Check, clean and refurbish returned boxes and shipping materials.
  2. 📋 Pick and pack clinical trial materials accurately according to orders.
  3. 🏷️ Prepare shipment documents, labels and cartons for delivery.
  4. 🚚 Seal and prepare shipments for courier collection and ensure on-time dispatch.
  5. 🧹 Follow SOP/cGMP, PPE and safety requirements, maintain warehouse cleanliness and support the team

🧊 IMPORTANT WORKING CONDITIONS (PLEASE TAKE NOTE)

❄️ Must be comfortable working in cold environment:

  • 🧊 Cold room: 2°C – 8°C
  • 🧊 Frozen room: -15°C to -25°C
    🧤 Must wear full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times
    🥶 Working environment will be cold / freezer conditions
