Job Summary:
- Salary : $2100
- Rotating Shift (No Midnight/ Overnight Shift required)
- Location: Changi Airport
- Company transport provided
Job Scope :
- Assist passengers at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drop counters, providing guidance and support when required.
- Assist foreign crew members from the airport upon arrival to their designated hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport for departure.
- Guiding passengers from check-in through security screening, immigration/passport control and lounge areas.
- Assist with arrival and departure gate handling, including passenger coordination and boarding-related activities.
- Ensure passengers and crew receive a smooth, friendly and professional service experience throughout their journey.
- Coordinate with relevant airport and ground handling teams to ensure smooth passenger movement and operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement :
- No experience required — training will be provided.
- Customer service, concierge, retail or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and PH.
