We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team.

As a Café Service Crew, you will play an essential role in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
  • Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.
  • Ensure tables, counters, and café areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and café upkeep.
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards.
  • Work as a team to support smooth café operations.
