Job Details:
* Location: North Bridge Road
* Salary: $12/hour
* Duration: 2 months contract
* Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Job Scopes:
- Prepare and process customer quotations
- Handle “unfit” orders (eg. orders where the requested quantity exceeds available warehouse stock)
- Review customer open order reports and check/confirm lead times
- Perform other adhoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
