1. Retail Cashier - $2435
Job Description:
● Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
● Scanning products and ensuring pricing is accurate
● Collecting payments whether in cash or credit
● Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
● Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
● Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
● Responsible to convince and help shopper to register to Soco
● Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
● Responsible to achieve target new member (soco)
2. Retail Supervisor - Up to $3000 (based on experience)
Job Description:
● Meets or exceeds specified sales goals
● Ensuring that stock is replenished when needed
● Ensuring that products are presented properly on shelve
● Organise opening and closing of store in the absence of Store Manager
● Orientate and train team in areas of company rules and guidelines, key performance measurements, customer profile, customer service standards, process workflow, product knowledge and technical skills set
● Supervise and coach team in areas of daily workflow and work performance
● Be familiar with and drive the team to achieve targets on daily basis
● Responsible for store administration
● Support Store Manager to manage stores
