Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing payment terminals and accessories
- Pack, prepare and check terminals for deployment
- Update inventory and maintain accurate stock/serial number records
- Perform basic Excel, email, and stock reporting
- Perform basic terminal setup and testing (training provided)
- Check, clean and process returned terminals
- Support both Warehouse Admin and Terminal Preparation duties
- Follow SOPs and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
This role involves both hands-on warehouse work and inventory/admin duties. Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs
- Basic English communication skills
- Willing to learn basic terminal setup/testing
- Basic IT knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile data and internet)
- Physically fit and able to handle items weighing approximately 10kg to 28kg
- Warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Additional hours or occasional weekend support may be required based on operational needs
