Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering excellent coffee and beverage experiences to our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and other specialty drinks, to customers' specifications.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and communicate needs for restocking.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards.
- Assist with additional duties, such as customer inquiries, and maintain a clean dining area as needed.
Requirements:
- With Food Safety Course Level 1 / Basic Food Hygiene Cert
- Experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of various brewing methods and equipment, with a passion for coffee-making.
- Able to work early mornings
- Experience in food and beverage service in a corporate or commercial setting.
