• Manage daily operations of CSB & EMB General Stores.
• Receive, check and store laboratory/research consumables.
• Ensure proper storage of cold-chain items in chiller/freezer.
Inventory Operations:
• Monitor and maintain stock levels and inventory records.
• Record all goods received, issued and collected.
• Support laboratory inventory tracking and 5S activities.
Goods Receiving & Distribution:
• Coordinate goods collection from NTU-SBS every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Notify users and arrange timely collection of received goods.
• Support lab coat, DNA sample and stationery distribution services.
Customer & Supplier Support:
• Provide good customer service to researchers and University users.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery issues, returns and
discrepancies.
Store Safety & Maintenance:
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and security.
• Ensure compliance with university procedures and relevant regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
