Kitchen Crew – Glow Food (100% Vegan Concept)
Location: 10 Coleman Street, Grand Park City Hall Employment Type: Full‑Time
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support chefs in plating and service during peak hours.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and follow SOPs.
- Perform stock checks and assist with FIFO rotation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Prior kitchen experience preferred (vegan concept experience a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Hours: 44‑hour work week, 5.5 days.
- Salary Range: $2,700 – $3,000 (depending on experience).
- Leave: Annual Leave, Medical Leave.
- Insurance Coverage provided.
- Referral Bonus: $500.
