 Kitchen Crew – Glow Food (100% Vegan Concept)

Location: 10 Coleman Street, Grand Park City Hall Employment Type: Full‑Time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Support chefs in plating and service during peak hours.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and follow SOPs.
  • Perform stock checks and assist with FIFO rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

 Requirements

  • Prior kitchen experience preferred (vegan concept experience a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene practices.

Work Schedule & Benefits

  • Hours: 44‑hour work week, 5.5 days.
  • Salary Range: $2,700 – $3,000 (depending on experience).
  • Leave: Annual Leave, Medical Leave.
  • Insurance Coverage provided.
  • Referral Bonus: $500.
