Responsibilities
- Greet VIPs professionally and assist with booking requests to ensure a positive client experience
- Drive VIPs safely by following speed limits and local traffic laws throughout each limousine ride
- Deliver service that consistently meets the property’s core standards and brand attributes
- Arrive at driving assignments at least 15 minutes early to prepare for timely departures
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition during shifts, handovers, and after VIPs alight
- Use technology tools such as iPads for paging and GPS devices for accurate navigation during trips
- Adapt to shift work schedules including public holidays, working 10 hour shifts with options for 5-6 days per week
- Shift 4am , 6am and 10am and night shift
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
- Hold a valid PVDL License if possible
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Singapore roads for efficient route planning and safe driving
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Communicate bilingually in English and simple Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking external stakeholders, supporting effective communication
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience in Singapore or relevant chauffeur experience
- Exhibit a positive work attitude, punctuality, commitment, adaptability, and friendliness
