Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the service office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
- Coordinate with office tenants and vendors to address their needs and maintain positive working relationships
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies to support uninterrupted office activities
- Process basic invoicing accurately and timely to support financial record keeping
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Prefer candidate with customer-service experience
- Pleasant-looking and good working attitude
- Must be able to converse in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
