The Operations Executive will provide administrative, back-end and operational support for T Bar, with a key focus on supporting MOE school operations, managing HQ stock inventory and assisting with drink stall operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and back-end support.
- Prepare documents, reports, invoices, purchase orders and other operational records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, outlets and internal departments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Follow up on operational matters and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Be the main support contact for assigned MOE school accounts/outlets.
- Manage and monitor stock inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate stock receiving, storage and distribution to outlets.
- Provide operational support to drink stalls when required.
- Assist with manpower coverage during shortages or peak periods.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative, F&B or operations experience preferred.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in both an office and F&B operational environment.
- Hands-on attitude and willing to support outlet operations when required.
