Responsibilities
MUST HAVE 1β2 YEARS OF SERVICE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage customers and create a friendly, memorable experience.
- Assist with POS orders and SOK (Self-Order Kiosk).
- Recommend menu items, promotions, and add-ons to support sales.
- Upsell naturally and professionally without pressure.
- Distribute promotional flyers and support promotional activities.
- Encourage genuine customer feedback and conduct PLK surveys professionally.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining environment.
- Proactively assist customers and handle enquiries professionally.
- Manage customer complaints calmly and escalate serious issues when required.
- Support queues and customer flow during peak periods.
- Assist with cashiering, order release, and customer enquiries.
- Check orders carefully before handing them to guests or delivery riders.
- Communicate effectively with guests, delivery riders, and team members.
- Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth service.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales while maintaining excellent service.
- Lead by example in service attitude, grooming, communication, and teamwork.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout the shift.
Pre-Requisites
- MUST HAVE 1β2 YEARS OF SERVICE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset
Working Hours & Salary
π 6 Days | 8 Hours per Shift
π° $2,600 per month
