- Rotating shift schedule with overtime opportunities where required.
Job Scope
- Operate and monitor production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities.
- Perform production tasks according to established procedures, quality standards, and work schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate with the engineering team on maintenance requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning of process equipment and production areas.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary education ('N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent).
- Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
