Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: East coast/ Loyang
Experience: 2+ years in Facilities / Building Maintenance
Working Days : Mon to Fri - 9 am to 6 pm and on Sat 9 am to 1 pm
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems and equipment.
Maintain ACMV, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, lifts, lighting and PV solar systems.
Monitor and maintain BMS, access barriers and automation systems.
Support ELV systems including CCTV, PA, access management and passenger information systems.
Maintain workshop and specialised equipment such as EV chargers, cranes, skylifts, compressors, bus wash/refuelling systems and water treatment systems.
Carry out general building maintenance including painting, plastering, door/furniture repairs and horticulture.
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
Support ad-hoc maintenance works and ensure facilities/equipment remain safe and operational.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management or equivalent.
Class 3 Driving License is must.
3–5+ years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
Hands-on knowledge of M&E, ACMV, electrical and building services.
Experience with BMS/ELV systems and equipment maintenance will be an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
