Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily building operations.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
  • Troubleshoot building service issues.
  • Coordinate contractors and repair works.
  • Prepare monthly and incident reports.

Requirement

  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
  • 2 Years of experience in monitoring building maintenance
  • Familiar with AutoCAD & BIM Software to read drawing
