About the Role
Join one of the world's leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies, as an Accounts Assistant!
Your Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process supplier invoices and vendor payments
- Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements
- Issue customer invoices and perform AR reconciliation
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in AP/AR or general accounting is an advantage
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
