YOUR ROLE
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities. The role acts as the first line of leadership on the warehouse floor, ensuring operational targets, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and customer requirements are met.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1 Operational Leadership
· Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
· Allocate manpower and tasks to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
· Monitor daily operational performance against KPIs and SLAs.
· Act as the main escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
2 Inbound, Storage & Outbound Execution
o Goods receiving and put-away
o Picking, packing, and staging
o Dispatch and loading activities
· Ensure FIFO/FEFO and customer-specific handling requirements are followed
3 Inventory & System Control
· Ensure all WMS transactions are completed accurately and in real time.
· Support cycle counts, stock takes, and discrepancy investigations in coordination with Inventory Officers.
4.Manpower & Resource Management
· Plan and manage shift manpower to meet workload and peak requirements.
· Train new and existing team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and safety practices.
6 Continuous Improvement
· Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement actions.
· Support productivity improvement initiatives, layout changes, and process optimization.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
- Experience At least one - two years of relevant working experience
-Excellent MS office knowledge, particularly Excel spreadsheet usage
- Good experience in using SAP or WMS Problem solving skills
-Meticulous with an eye for details Good planning, writing and communication skills
-12 hours shift work ; rotating on weekends and weekdays
