We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Account Servicing Executive to manage our existing customer accounts and support business growth. If you enjoy building relationships, handling customer enquiries and coordinating orders, join our team today!
🔧 Job Scope
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, requests, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and deliveries are fulfilled on time
- Follow up and resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product concerns
- Understand customer needs and purchasing trends to identify business opportunities
- Follow up with customers when there is a drop in business and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer and account records in the system
- Support other customer-service and account-related duties when needed
✅ Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service / account servicing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused, organised and good at follow-up
- Experience in food supplies, F&B or food-related industries is an advantage
- Able to work well with internal departments and customers
- Responsible, proactive and a good team player
