Main Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of Ascle Healthcare Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards across clinics.
- Handle patient enquiries, coordinate appointments and facilitate communication between patients, doctors and clinics.
- Provide coordination and support for local and international patients where required.
- Monitor procurement, inventory and other operational requirements across HQ and clinics.
- Handle and follow up on operational feedback, complaints and enquiries.
- Maintain operational records, trackers and management reports, including clinic performance data and month-end reporting.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and patient experience.
- Conduct clinic visits and follow up on operational matters where required.
- Support Management in operational planning and other business requirements.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in company events, on-site health screenings and outreach activities, including phlebotomy where required.
- Support other clinics, departments or business functions based on operational requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Healthcare, Nursing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Candidates with a nursing background are welcome to apply.
- Phlebotomy skills or experience will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic operations or patient service will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with both operational and patient-facing responsibilities.
- Willing to travel between clinic locations and support events when required.
