Senior/ Operations Executive (Nurse/ Phlebotomist Preferred)

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of Ascle Healthcare Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards across clinics.
  • Handle patient enquiries, coordinate appointments and facilitate communication between patients, doctors and clinics.
  • Provide coordination and support for local and international patients where required.
  • Monitor procurement, inventory and other operational requirements across HQ and clinics.
  • Handle and follow up on operational feedback, complaints and enquiries.
  • Maintain operational records, trackers and management reports, including clinic performance data and month-end reporting.
  • Identify operational gaps and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and patient experience.
  • Conduct clinic visits and follow up on operational matters where required.
  • Support Management in operational planning and other business requirements.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in company events, on-site health screenings and outreach activities, including phlebotomy where required.
  • Support other clinics, departments or business functions based on operational requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Healthcare, Nursing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Candidates with a nursing background are welcome to apply.
  • Phlebotomy skills or experience will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, clinic operations or patient service will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with both operational and patient-facing responsibilities.
  • Willing to travel between clinic locations and support events when required.
