- Operate company-assigned Class 3 vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Carry out daily parcel and goods delivery according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Load, unload and properly handle parcels and goods.
- Check parcel quantities and delivery information before and during delivery.
- Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed within the required timeline.
- Update delivery status accurately using the company's mobile application/system.
- Maintain proper delivery records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers during delivery.
- Report any failed deliveries, discrepancies, delays or operational issues promptly.
- Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Report vehicle faults, accidents or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow company SOPs, traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with other logistics and operational duties when required.
