Job Responsibilities
- Process and Manage Sterile Supplies: Clean, inspect, pack, sterilize, store, and hand out surgical tools and medical supplies.
- Operate and Clean Equipment: Run washer-disinfectors and sterilizers, test them to make sure they work safely, and keep the work areas clean.
- Check Inventory and Report Issues: Count supplies to keep track of stock and immediately report any broken tools or equipment that need repair.
- Support the Team and Improve Quality: Share important updates with coworkers during handovers and participate in quality improvement activities.
