🔹 Alternate weekly shift arrangement:
- Wed – Sat / Thu – Sat
OR - Sun – Tue / Sun – Wed
📌 Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and related paperwork
- Coordinate shipment arrangements with courier partners, freight forwarders, and transport providers
- Schedule and follow up on pickups and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular delivery updates to customers
- Ensure orders are accurately packed, labelled, and processed according to requirements
- Handle customs clearance and export documentation when required
- Monitor shipping costs and maintain accurate shipment records
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
