  1. Welcome and attend to customers upon arrival
  2. Present restaurant menus and help customers to recommend food/beverages
  3. Take and serve orders
  4. Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  5. Issue bills and settle payments
  6. Setup, clean, and organize workstations
  7. Ensure enough cutleries for the shift
  8. Provide customer service over various platforms
  9. Assisting other team members when needed
  10. Ensure safety for customers
  11. Bring used dishes/cutleries to cleaning station and cleaning/washing/drying accordingly
  12. Cleaning and tidying of whole restaurant including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, counters, exteriors, washrooms, etc.
  13. Assist with simple ingredient and sauce preparations
  14. Must have food safety and hygiene basic level 1 cert
