S$12 - 18 / hour
Working Days: 3–5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 8.00am – 2.00pm
- Weekends/Public Holidays: 8.00am – 11.00am
Job Responsibilities
- Verify patient information and explain programme requirements
- Address patient/caregiver queries and support the admission process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Escalate complex cases or concerns to the clinical team when required
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on referrals
- Support process improvements and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic when interacting with patients/caregivers
- Comfortable working independently and with healthcare teams
- Proficient in basic digital tools and willing to learn
- Healthcare, patient service or customer service experience is an advantage
