Location: Upper Thomson, Central Region, Singapore
Working hours:
4-day work week
(12-hour rotating shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care Support

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Provide continence care and ensure residents’ comfort and dignity during care routines.
Assist with basic physiological monitoring under the supervision of trained nurses.
Support residents during recreational or life enrichment activities.

Clinical & Operational Support

Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations when required.
Support safe transfer of residents for clinical appointments, internal transfers, or hospital visits.
Ensure proper handling and safe movement of residents in accordance with care protocols.

Quality & Compliance

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient care activities.
Maintain proper documentation and follow established care protocols and safety guidelines.
Attend relevant training to maintain up-to-date knowledge and caregiving skills.

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum secondary education or relevant caregiving/healthcare training.

Experience

Candidates without experience but with interest in healthcare may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment.
Physically able to assist residents with mobility and daily care needs.
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and a 4-day work week schedule.
