Temp Customer Service Officer (Maternity Cover)
Commitment Period:
- Now - 13 April 2027
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Description:
- Greet visitors and answer calls professionally, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Record and track service requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and management team.
- Follow property security and emergency procedures, responding calmly and coordinating assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the contract period
