☑ Monday to Friday (8:50AM - 5:30PM)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing and ordering of materials and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and arrange replenishment when needed.
- Liaise with suppliers and prepare purchase orders.
- Check incoming goods and follow up on any delivery or documentation issues.
- Update inventory records and reports in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments with customers, forwarders and couriers.
- Ensure goods are properly received, recorded and kept secure.
- Handle customer requests and maintain good working relationships.
- Support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
