Job Description:

✅Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and marinating according to kitchen requirements.
✅ Receive, inspect, and properly store ingredients.
✅ Assist chefs with daily food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready before service.
✅ Maintain cleanliness of the preparation area, refrigerators and equipment.
✅ Follow all kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.
✅ Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in a restaurant.
✅ Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Singapore WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or equivalent).
