✨ Store Crews (Full Time)
As a Store Crew member, you will play a key role in delivering great customer experiences and supporting daily store operations. This is a hands-on role suited for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy retail and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and provide excellent service.
- Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.
- Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, store maintenance and visual merchandising standards.
- Stay alert to prevent loss and report any suspicious activity.
🌈Job Requirements
- 'N' Levels / 'O' Levels/ ITE / Diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
- Willing to work 6 days work week for store crews; 44 hours per week on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
