📦 Customer Service Officer @ Pioneer | Up to $3,000 | 4-3-3-4 Shift | Can choose Day/Night Shift | 📦

📦 Job Information:

Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic (Based on experience)
Benefits: Variable Bonus + 15 Days Annual Leave
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Working Hours: 4-3-3-4 shift, 8am – 8pm/8pm - 8am (Can choose Day or Night shift)
Location: Pioneer (Air-Conditioned Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams and freight forwarders for smooth operations
Monitor and ensure operational KPIs and service standards are met
Maintain cycle count and inventory records for audit purposes
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
Handle shipment bookings and transport arrangements
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare monthly KPI reports and ensure timely submission
Ensure inventory records are accurate across internal systems and customers’ WMS

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
