Position: Sales & Event Coordinator
Location: Tai Seng (Near MRT)
Salary: $14/H
Work days: 3/4/5 days
Job Scope:
- Provide daily support on administrative functions such as paper filing, answering call
and email enquiries. - Ensure the proper documentation of all catering and event sales.
- Responsible for day-to-day co-ordination of the banquet and meeting space to
ensure maximum revenue and profitability for the company. - Responsible with coordinating with external vendors for necessary services to
execute events. - Follow up with respective clients before and after each function/corporate meeting
so as to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- No experience required (Training provided)
• Confident and possesses good interpersonal skills
• Carries a positive attitude
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently
• Driven and passionate about improvement and growth
• Team player
• Able to handle fast paced moving environment
