Facilities Technician (EAST)
Location: East, near Changi
Job Type: 2AM, 2PM, 2OFF day
Working hours: 12 hours shift work.
Gross Salary: $3200 +++
Job descriptions
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
- To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
- Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Report faults to supervisor.
- Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
- Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
Minimum ITE/ NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical /Building / Facility Management
