🚨 Team Lead – Warehouse Operations💰
- Salary: Basic $3,050 – $3,250/month (Based on experience) + VB
- Allowance: Night Shift $10-$15/day (Based on experience) + Meal Allowance
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- ⏰ Working Hours: 12-hour fixed shift — choose Day or Night Shift
- ☀️ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Company Transport Provided @ Lakeside
- 📅 Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4 fixed shift pattern
- Shift A: Sunday – Wednesday
- Shift B: Wednesday – Saturday
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse team.
- Allocate manpower and tasks for smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs.
- Handle operational issues and escalations.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Support stock counts and inventory checks.
- Ensure accurate documentation and transactions.
- Plan manpower based on workload.
- Train staff on SOPs, WMS and safety.
- Monitor attendance and team performance.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment.
🎓 Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ warehouse/logistics experience.
- ⭐ Team leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
