Job Description :
📍 Location: Clementi / Tuas / Senoko
💰 Basic Salary: Up $3000
📅 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📌 Job Responsibilities :
✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements in the system
✅ Update stock receipts, transfers, issues, and adjustments promptly
✅ Support stock reconciliation, stock counts, and inventory audits
✅ Prepare and maintain inbound and outbound warehouse documentation
✅ Perform data entry into ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely
✅ Process customer invoices and maintain proper filing of records
✅ Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse teams for resolution
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
✅ Liaise with Warehouse Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance teams
✅ Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and inventory procedures
✅ Requirements :
✔ 1-3 years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, or administrative experience
✔ Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
