Responsibilities:
• Assisting branches to actively migrate transactions to the self-service machines, online platforms (such as internet banking and mobile app) and to study customers’ behavior for visiting branches
• Identifying customer's needs at point of entering the branch and to capture customer's behavior by completing a checklist
Requirements:
- Min O levels
- Comfortable with standing for long hours
