We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment team member who wants to learn the ropes, take ownership and grow in recruitment as a career.
You’ll be involved in the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and following up. You’ll have guidance and training, but we’re looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility for their own work and grow with the team.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- 🔎 Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals
- 📞 Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- 📅 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- 💬 Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- 📊 Track weekly recruitment progress and KPIs
- 🗂️ Keep candidate records and databases organised
- ⚡ Manage your recruitment pipeline and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

- Self-driven and willing to learn

- Good communication and organisation skills
- Positive attitude and able to work independently
