Airfreight Operations Executive
Location: Changi Cargo
Salary: Basic Up To $3500 + Variable Bonus
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with permit declarations and related customs documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate import and export shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB) and Bills of Lading (BL).
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Conduct warehouse cargo inspections and handle other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Possess some knowledge in Air logistics will be an advantage
- Able to use and handle Microsoft Office and all emails
