Job Summary
- Salary: Basic up $2,600 +$240 shift allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (rotating shifts)
- Location: Changi Airport
- Benefits: Annual Increment, Training Provided
Job scopes:
- Provide friendly, professional service at check-in, boarding, and arrival
- Assist with check-in, seats, boarding passes, baggage, and flight info
- Guide passengers on gates and airport facilities
- Support passengers needing special assistance (elderly, children, VIPs)
- Verify travel documents and follow airline/immigration rules
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth operations
- Handle lost baggage and passenger feedback politely
- Follow safety, security, and data protection (PDPA) guidelines
Requirements:
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in airport or customer-facing roles is an advantage
