S$3000 - 5000 / month
Salary: Up $5,000++ (Gross)

Work Schedule:
5-Days work week: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (Mon – Fri)

Key responsibilities:
· Manage customer accounts and enquiries
· Handle customer complaints and follow up on resolutions
· Prepare and manage customer quotations
· Coordinate with internal teams on customer orders and requirements
· Maintain customer records
· Support warranty enquiries and procedures
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with aviation requirements
