📆 5 Days Work Week (Mon – Fri)
⏱ 8-Hour Rotating Shift every 3 Months (Must rotate between both shifts)

   ☀ AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
🌙 PM Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

💰 Salary & Benefits
✔ Basic Salary: $1800 - $2,600/month (Base on experience)
✔ Daily Allowance:
      ☀ Day Shift: $5/day
   🌙 Night Shift: $15/day
✔ 13th Month Bonus
✔ Quarterly Bonuses
✔ 14 Days Annual Leave

🛠 Job Scope
🔹 Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
🔹 Update production data in spreadsheets
🔹 Assembly and testing of products
🔹 Assist in machine assembly (heavy lifting required)
🔹 Handle components from raw materials to finished goods
🔹 Maintain 6S and workplace safety standards
