Job Description
- In charge of registration of patients
- Arrangement of appointments
- Attentive to patients' enquiries and needs
- Manage of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Requirement :
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O, Higher Nitec qualification
- Retail/ Sales/ Customer Service background are welcome
- Customer service oriented
